Providence CNA/Home Health Aide - Hospice in Napa, California
Description
This position will travel to see patients in Napa county.
The Home Health Aide provides personal care and assistance with activities of daily living for patients in a variety of settings including residential, RCFE, LTCF, Board and care. Provides services under physician's orders and assignment and under general supervision by the registered nurse/case manager.

Required Qualifications:
Coursework/Training: Graduate of a CNA and Certified Home Health Aide training program and supervised practice.
Upon hire: California Home Health Aide License
Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Experience in a clinical area.
